We are happy to announce the opening of the submission page for HETSA-JSHET 2026, which will take place from the 28th to the 29th September at Doshisha University, Kyoto, Japan, with a welcome reception on the 27th of September.
The deadline for submission is the 2nd of April (Japan Standard Time).

Incidentally, HETSA-JSHET 2026 will consider providing financial support to young or early-career HETSA members for their travel expenses. It should be noted that to provide reimbursement, we require receipts dated on or after 1st of April 2026.
