Call for Papers for the JSHET 2025 (89th) Conference

The Japanese Society for the History of Economic Thought (JSHET) will hold the 2025 (89th) Conference.

Date: May 24th (Sat.) and 25th (Sun.), 2025

Venue: Hirosaki University, Bunkyo-cho Campus (1 Bunkyo-cho, Hirosaki City, Aomori Prefecture, Japan)

Deadline for Submission: November 8th (Fri.), 13:00 JST, 2024.

Please submit your proposal with an abstract of about 600 words in English from the “Application Form”: https://forms.gle/7njujcSnKAGwmHVQ9

The result of your submission will be notified by email from the Conference Organizing Committee in January 2025.

The Conference Program will be announced in February 2025.

Fees: The application fee is free.

If you are not a member of JSHET and your application for an individual presentation is accepted, please pay 6,000 yen to attend the conference.

There will be extra fees for a reception and lunch boxes.
